House rules
We're a small, quiet home. No smoking indoors (garden and balcony are fine). Please keep noise down after 10pm — there's a guest bedroom above the kitchen. Meals are enjoyed in the dining room or outside, not in the guest lounge.
Cancellation
Draft: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; within 7 days the first night is non-refundable. Final wording to be confirmed by Paula.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to confirm and manage your booking (name, contact details, payment reference) and to reply to messages you send us. We don't sell your data. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing us.
Booking terms
Bookings are made through Airbnb. Payment is handled securely by Airbnb, not through this website. Rates shown on Airbnb include VAT where applicable; any additional charges (e.g. EV charging) are added to your bill on departure.
